Shipping charges depend on delivery location. Details are as follows:

Order Handling & Cut-Off Time

• Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Irish Standard Time).

• Errors by the shipping company (An Post)

Important: The Hurlers Bag cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays. Customs authorities determine when packages are released.

Shipping Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Even if the email is delayed, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe.

Order Changes

Please notify us immediately of any changes to your order. Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived and tracking indicates delivery, contact the courier first. If the issue persists, email us at info@thehurlersbag.com.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at info@thehurlersbag.com or call +353 87 387 1456 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is in transit, addresses cannot be changed.

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
