Shipping
What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Ireland takes 3–4 business days in transit, so the total delivery time is estimated at 4–6 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to Ireland.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (info@thehurlersbag.com) to track your order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent. Return shipping for non-damaged items is the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@thehurlersbag.com within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we accept your return.
Do you charge any restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges. Contact our customer support team with your request. You must return the original item first, and once received, we will send the replacement item.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process to initiate a refund or exchange.
