Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Handkerchiefs that show signs of wear or use.
  • Wearables removed from original packaging or showing signs of use.
  • Final sale or clearance items, as indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Customised, monogrammed, or made-to-order items.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact our customer support team. Please include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

You will receive return authorization and detailed instructions. We do not provide return shipping labels for returns due to a change of mind.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. You must return the original item first. Once received, we will send the requested item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees, allowing you to return items without additional costs.
